Sardinian culurgiones, also known as culurgionis, is typical pasta stuffed with potatoes and cheese. The suggested amount of the package is for 2 people. We have carefully selected an artisan pasta factory that uses only the highest quality raw materials to prepare them. A sheet of re-milled durum wheat semolina contains a melting filling of potatoes, mint and pecorino cheese. The culurgiones of Ogliastra are sealed entirely by hand in the typical “wheat spikelet" shape. As per tradition, they can be flavored with a lot of Janas Food tomato sauce, seasoned pecorino cheese and olive oil or with the seasoning you prefer. It can be served with seasonal vegetables and fish, simply with oil or melted butter.
